Team Building

With our workshop set up to run commercial classes, we have the perfect venue to host your work party / office team building day. Why not do something a little different to the usual day out paintballing and let the sparks fly in the forge with a little bit of friendly banter and competition as you make your own Axe’s or Knives or bespoke project for the workplace. We have had a number of groups in over the years from the Board of Directors at Puffin produce to the local butchers and every thing in between.

We can offer group discounts for parties of 5 or more and flexible dates to suit your schedule.

The workshop is only 1 mile from the town centre so after a days graft in the workshop you can send the team down the pubs for some well earned cold beers.

The courses are run in a professional forge, which is a relaxed working environment. You will be given the time to progress at your own speed to build your confidence in working with the tools and hot metal.

If you have done some forging already that’s great too, we can demonstrate more elaborate techniques and tricks to help you progress further.

What's included in the price?

Use of all the tools required, materials, P.P.E (safety glasses, hearing protection, apron, etc).

Tea and coffee is provided but please bring your own packed lunch.

You will need to wear work type clothes, no nylon or synthetics etc. (Jeans and T shirt most appropriate, expect sparks & flames)

Also boots are preferred or good leather shoes, no open toed footwear is allowed in the forge for safety reasons.
