 Class Enrolment Terms and Conditions:

1. Limited Spaces: Class capacities are limited, and by securing a booking, you are reserving one of the few available spots for the selected course.
2. Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total course fee is required upon booking. A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 2 months before the course date. Cancellations after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. The full course fee is due one month prior to the class commencement, and cancellations thereafter will result in the loss of the entire class fee.
3. One-Day Taster Courses: The full course fee is required upon booking for one-day taster courses. Standard Terms and Conditions apply.
4. Class Cancellation: In the unlikely event of a class cancellation by the organizer, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded. However, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
5. Modifying a Reservation: Should you require a change in the date of your booking, you can do so up to one month before the scheduled course date. However, this adjustment is limited to a single occurrence and will not result in a refund of the booking deposit if made within two months of the initial class date.

 Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

1. Purchase Options: Gift vouchers are available for purchase in any chosen amount or specifically for a particular course.
2. Delivery: Once purchased, the gift voucher will be emailed to you for convenient printing or forwarding to the intended recipient.
3. Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any course, private tuition, or items available for purchase in the shop, up to the face value of the gift voucher.
4. Payment Flexibility: Gift vouchers can be used for full or partial payment of a course. If the voucher value exceeds the course fee, it can be split for redemption across multiple courses.
5. Validity Period: Gift vouchers are dated and remain valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
6. Refund Policy: A 30-day refund window is applicable for vouchers from the date of purchase. After this period, vouchers become non-refundable.
7. Booking with Vouchers: To redeem a voucher and secure a spot in the desired class, please contact us via email or phone, and we will assist in booking your preferred course.
